i guess better for you to secure international driver’s license in your place than to secure here in Phil a license to drive but if you really want to get a license here just apply for it at Land Transportation Office at Davao City for just about a couple of hours to have it (a tempory or student license). You go to Land Transportation Office at Quimpo Blvd. you bring some requirements, like ID, passport

No need to acquire any driver’s license in the Philippines if you only intend to stay in Davao for a short period of time. What I suggest you should be aware of is the motorcycle you are driving around if its registered or not otherwise, all is well with your Canadian license.
