What kind of license and other documentation is needed for a drunk taxi service?

We are thinking about starting a business at a college campus that works as a taxi service for drunk students. We will take them to and from parties in a large passenger van for just a few dollars. What type of license is needed and is there any other type of special documentation, registration, or insurance that will be needed?

I disagree with the operation on principles, but that is not an answer.
It really depends on what state you live in, what college you are planning on using the service at.
Most taxi or chauffeurs licenses are rated at X,Y and Z.
    Then there is the insurance.
Then there is the handicap accessories, a wheel chair lift is not a cheap or an easy thing to install. but if it is a public service, then it will need one.
Some of those In Flight Bags that airlines use would save you a bunch of messes and cleaning bills.
Comes down to what state, what college and what local or federal ordinances apply.
You will need Insurance, Registration, ID of the operator and perhaps the passengers, as I said, the college Security Police or the Local Police/Sheriff can help you there, the rest is going to be taxes, insurance and what-not.
You are basically wanting to start a Limousine Service.
That is the category that those fall under. Lawn Gnome

Same as a sober taxi service. Class A license with passenger endorsement, commercial plates and insurance. Possibly a business license and tax number if you have to collect sales tax. oklatom
