How do I get Nursing license transferred to Texas?

Each individual state has it’s own Board of Nursing. Even though everyone takes the same exam, there are different requirements state to state. Some state’s licensing is reciprical with other states where you don’t have to pay any extra fees or anything. Just wondering if anyone knows if Arkansas and Texas have reciprical licensing.
