How do you avoid getting a suspended license when no longer own truck?

My fiance’s truck caught on fire in the winter, we took the insurance off of it in april since we wouldnt be able to fix it. Now they want to suspend his license but we sold it for scrap. How do we avoid getting it suspended?

You will have to show proof that you got rid of the vehicle. Call the DMV and/or Treasures Office. Tab
