How and what is the easiest best way to get a motorcycle license? I don’t know nothing about motorcycles what is the easiest best way to get it and how?

I’m 18 years old. I just moved to Ireland 3 months ago from the US. I have an Irish passport and am a complete Irish citizen though because my parents are from here. There is a motorcycle I want to buy but obviously I need my license first. What is the process in getting a motorcycle license here and how long does it take? Thank you.

Also, I live in a very small town, none of my friends own a bike, and I have never learned how to ride one. Is there any where I can go to find out more about them?
