L. E asked:

I am a Chinese majoring in Nursing and have got my bachelor’s degree in Medical Science in China. And this fall, I am going to join a PhD program in Rehabilitation Science (not physical therapy) of a university in U.S. But I think it would be much better to have a clinical license in this field. So can anyone tell me whether I can get a license of physical therapy in U.S., and how? Thanks!

In terms of Expiry.
Does a License expire? Does a certificate expire?
For example. If someone has medical training from another country (say paramedic) and they come to the US, how would they be able to work in the US as a paramedic, would they have to go through the whole program or can they take a certifying exam so that they can take the exam and work.

I have a license in guidance and counseling from the Philippines and am now living in the United States. Will my license transfer? If not, what action do I need to take? I have a degree in psychology and theology.

Birdie asked:

I am currently a licensed massage therapist in the state of Florida but am planning to move to Montreal, Quebec (Canada). I would like to know how to apply for a Canadian massage therapist license via reciprocity. If you can also give me the link to the Canadian Board of Massage Therapy, it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you very much.

Aquamarine asked:

Hello everyone,
I am currently studying to obtain my professional accounting license, and the only word to describe it is “nightmare” -))
So far it seems that nothing in the world can be worse than this, but of course, that’s probably not objective.
So out of curiosity – does anyone know what professional license is, in fact, the most difficult to obtain? I’d be thinking – medical and law, but accounting is probably in the top 5 as well!
Thanks!
