What is required to get a kennel license?
We have 6 dogs and I know that in Utah you can own 4 dogs before you have to have a kennel license. I also have read all the information needed but I want to know because all we have is dogs for companions we don’t plan on breeding or anything. How does a kennel license work in this type of situation. Please help

We do plan on getting a kennel license. I’m just not sure if they work for the purpose of just have companions.

How do I transfer a dog license in a different state?
I currently live in Ohio. I plan to move to Florida. When I move to Florida, how do I transfer my puppy’s dog license?

Also, what will be tested on the test to get that licence?
Where can you take the test? I live in Shanghai, so I doesn’t really wanted to go all the way to Beijing or something to get the license, though.
Whoever knows please tell me, and please also state your source if you have one.
Any website about getting dog breeder license in China is also okay to be used as the answer. I understands chinese(both simplied and traditional) and also english, so websites in languages are preferred.

What is a kennel license and who needs them?
I dont understand why there are so many puppy mills if the government is monitoring the amount of puppies a household has per year. Maybe Im confused on the whole kennel thing. Is a kennel license not a way for the governement to control puppy mills? How do people have 50-60 puppies? Do they not get a kennel license or does the government allow it? Do they inspect these facilities. Im really confused.

How can I license my dog as my own personal therapy dog?
I want my dog licensed as a therapy dog, so I am able to take her with me when I go out. I am on disability and she makes it easier for me to go out. Who do I go to in order to certify or license her as a therapy dog so I can take her out with me?
