What license type should a pediatric dentist have?

What license type should a pedicatric dentist have.
The one I am taking my child to has a license type : Dentist
License or registration class : C
oral conscious sedation certification
Its all current.
Plus dental board told me that this dentist was certified dentist in libiria, and that was certified in
2004 in california.
